Cash Bar is available as well as wines from the Wine List.
Fruit juice can be supplied at R 40 per 1.8L caraffe.
No Hard Liquor, Beer, Mixers, etc. allowed to be brought in.
Wine / Sparkling wine allowed at R 15 corkage per 750ml.
To secure the venue a full venue fee must be paid at time of booking.
Final confirmation of total PAX is needed 14 days prior to function date.
Final food bill will reflect this minimum amount of PAX.
50% Deposit of food bill to be paid on confirmation of menu.
Balance of food bill to be settled 1-2 days before function.
Extras, like corkage, extra waiters, etc. may be settled on the day of the function.
10% service charge to be paid on total bill (not Venue fee).
Own music / DJ may be arranged. (N.B. strictly only until midnight)
Should we see or find any liquor brought onto the premises withoutpermission, you will automatically lose your refundable R 500 deposit.
